Frequently Asked Questions
What's the free shipping threshold at Loulou Lollipop?
US orders ship free once the cart reaches $75, while Canadian orders need to hit $100 for free shipping. Orders below those amounts carry a flat shipping fee, so bundling a teether with a swaddle or sleep bag is often enough to clear the line.
Can a Loulou Lollipop promo code be combined with a sale?
No, promo codes cannot be stacked, combined, or redeemed during separate promotional periods. Only one discount source applies per order, so it's worth comparing a sitewide code against an active sale to see which brings the better price.
How long is Loulou Lollipop's return window?
Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase as long as they're unworn, unwashed, and unused with original tags and packaging intact. A flat $7 fee is deducted from the refund to cover return shipping, and final sale items aren't eligible at all.
Does Loulou Lollipop offer exchanges?
No, exchanges aren't accepted directly. If a different size or color is needed, the recommended route is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.
Can an old Loulou Lollipop promo code still be applied to a past order?
No, promo codes can't be applied retroactively, and the brand won't issue a price adjustment on an order placed before a promotional period began. Applying a code before checkout is the only way to use it.
Does signing up for Loulou Lollipop's rewards program unlock a discount?
Yes, joining Club Loulou Rewards lets shoppers earn points on purchases that can later be redeemed for discounts. This runs alongside occasional email or Instagram-exclusive codes rather than replacing them.
Are all Loulou Lollipop products covered by the same safety testing?
Teethers specifically are third-party tested for ASTM and CPSIA compliance and are free of BPA, PVC, phthalates, lead, and cadmium. This is worth knowing when comparing a discounted bundle against a single full-price item, since the safety standard doesn't change based on price.
How does Loulou Lollipop's Creator Program work?
Shoppers with as few as 250 followers on Instagram or TikTok can apply for the Creator Program, which typically comes with its own discount code to share. This is a separate path from the standard newsletter signup discount.
