Frequently Asked Questions
Can more than one promo code be used on a Caraa order?
Only one discount code applies per order, with no exceptions. If you hold a first order code and a seasonal code, test each in the cart and keep the one that lowers the total most.
Does Caraa give a discount for new customers?
Signing up for the newsletter earns 10 percent off a first order, and the same offer runs as a banner across the site. Codes of this kind usually leave out sale items and gift cards. Because only one code can apply, the signup offer cannot be used together with another code.
Why is my Caraa discount code not working?
The usual causes are a second code in the cart, an item from the Sale collection, or a first order offer that has already been used. Codes commonly exclude gift cards and taxes too. Bundles are already marked 20 percent off, so a code may not add anything to them.
What is the Caraa bundle discount, and how do bundle returns work?
Curated bundles are priced at 20 percent off. A bundle can be returned or exchanged only as a complete set, since individual pieces cannot go back on their own, and every bundle return carries a $25 restocking fee.
What is Caraa's return policy?
Caraa takes returns and exchanges on new, unused items within 21 days. Masks, croco, vaqueta, sale items and samples are final sale, and refunds carry a flat $15 shipping fee that does not apply to exchanges or store credit. Items that look used or are missing pieces such as the dust bag can be refused.
Does Caraa refund rewards used on an order that gets returned?
No. Rewards applied to a purchase are nonrefundable and nontransferable, so returning an item bought with a $25 reward on a $100 order does not bring the $25 back. Rewards also cannot be reapplied to an exchanged item.
When does Caraa offer free shipping?
Standard shipping is free above an order threshold for the contiguous US, and the bag counter on the site shows how far your cart is from it. Orders placed before noon Eastern usually ship within 2 business days, and domestic delivery takes up to 5 business days once shipped. Expedited shipping is available on domestic orders up to $800.
Does Caraa extend its return window over the holidays?
It has. Last year, purchases made from November 16 could be returned through January 15, 2026. The extended window applies only to orders placed on caraa.co, and purchases from retail partners follow each retailer's own policy.
Does Caraa discount bulk or group orders?
Orders of 20 units or more can get 25 percent off retail through Caraa's bulk order request form, and styles can be mixed. Shipping is the buyer's cost and all bulk sales are final.
When does Caraa run sales?
Caraa runs seasonal sales through the year, and coupon trackers see the biggest promotions in December, January, March, June and September, with discounts of roughly 10 to 30 percent. It has also run Black Friday offers, and the Sale and Final Sale collections carry current markdowns. The code lineup here shifts as each event starts and ends.
