Frequently Asked Questions
Does Cariloha offer free shipping?
Orders shipped to the contiguous United States ship free once the cart reaches $100. Rewards+ members skip that threshold entirely and get free shipping on every order.
How does the Bamboo Nation Rewards program work?
Members earn 1 point for every dollar spent, and 100 points convert to a $10 credit toward a future order. Points and credits cannot be combined with other coupon codes or promotions, so factor that in before stacking a discount with a rewards redemption.
Is Rewards+ worth the $99 annual fee?
Rewards+ members get 20% off every order, double points on purchases, free shipping with no minimum, and a free waffle knit robe valued at $109 when they join. Frequent shoppers tend to recoup the fee quickly through the shipping savings alone, though the 20% discount cannot be combined with other offers.
Can I return a Cariloha mattress if I do not like it?
Cariloha gives buyers a 100 night trial period, limited to one use per customer, and you will need your receipt or order number to qualify. The trial excludes orders shipped to Alaska or Puerto Rico.
What is the return policy on bed sheets and pillows?
Sheets and pillows can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of delivery with proof of purchase. The customer covers the cost of return shipping.
Can I return a Comfort Base if I change my mind?
Unopened Comfort Base boxes can be returned within 100 days, but a 20% restocking fee applies and shipping is at the customer's expense. Once a base has been opened and used, it falls outside the satisfaction guarantee and can only be returned for a manufacturing defect.
When does Cariloha run its biggest sales?
Cariloha leans into major holidays and seasonal events throughout the year, with discounts that have ranged from 20% to 70% off during peak promotions like Black Friday. Rewards+ members typically get early access before codes go public, so the lineup of active discounts shifts as each event approaches.
What happens if my Cariloha order never arrives?
Missing deliveries need to be reported within 30 days of the shipment date so Cariloha can open a claim with its shipping partners. Reporting outside that window means the claim cannot be filed.
Can I stack a Cariloha promo code with my rewards points?
No. Cariloha rewards credits are not combinable with other offers, including active promo codes, so you will need to choose one or the other at checkout.
