Frequently Asked Questions
Do Luxor Linens coupon codes apply to monogrammed or personalized items?
Monogrammed and custom made to order pieces are generally priced separately from stock items and typically excluded from sitewide percentage off codes, since the embroidery work adds labor cost on top of the base linen. It's worth checking the product page for eligibility before assuming a sitewide code will apply to a personalized order.
Can I return a monogrammed sheet set if I change my mind?
Personalized items, including anything monogrammed or embroidered, are typically treated as final sale across the luxury linen industry once production has started, since the customization can't be resold to another customer. Double checking initials and thread color before submitting matters more with these orders than with standard bedding.
Why does Luxor Linens cost more than bedding from a standard department store?
The price difference largely comes down to thread count and cotton quality. Egyptian cotton has a longer fiber staple than the cotton used in most mass market sheets, which translates into a softer feel that holds up better over repeated washing, similar to what a five star hotel would use in its guest rooms.
Does Luxor Linens offer discounts for first time customers?
New customer promotions are common in the luxury linens space, typically offered as a percentage off the first order or a smaller dollar amount off a minimum spend, and are usually unlocked by signing up for email updates before the first purchase.
How often does Luxor Linens run sales on bedding sets?
Home linen retailers in this category tend to concentrate their biggest markdowns around white sale season, traditionally held in January, along with smaller promotions tied to major shopping holidays throughout the year.
