How much do I have to spend for free shipping at Cotton On?
Standard shipping is free on US orders over $75, and $8 below that. The threshold is worked out after your promo codes and discounts come off but before tax, so a discounted bag can drop back under the line. Free shipping applies to Standard delivery only, not Express or Next Day.
Is there a deadline for returning something to Cotton On?
No. Cotton On accepts change of mind returns with proof of purchase with no expiry date, as long as items are unworn, unwashed and still tagged. Underwear, earrings, cosmetics, third party brands, charity items, seconds, samples, personalized items and gift cards are excluded, and swimwear is only accepted with the hygiene sticker still attached.
Can I return an online order to a Cotton On store?
Yes. Take the item, your receipt and the card you paid with to any Cotton On store for an instant refund or exchange. Exchanges are store only, and refunds on Klarna payments cannot be processed in store.
Where do I enter a code at checkout?
Add everything to your bag, then open the bag page and enter your code in the promo code field before you continue to checkout. The discount shows in the bag total, so check it applied before paying, since free shipping is calculated on the post discount figure.
Can I combine more than one code?

Do I earn Perks points on sale items?
No. Points are only earned on full price purchases, and sale items, donations and gift cards are all excluded. If you're close to the 100 point mark, it's worth splitting sale items into a separate order.
Can I pick up an online order in store?
Yes, through Ship to Store, which costs $2 or is free on orders over $30. Orders ship from the warehouse to your chosen store within 1 to 6 business days and you'll get a text or email when it's ready. Uncollected orders are cancelled and refunded after 30 days.
