Frequently Asked Questions
Can a Davines coupon be combined with the subscription program's free shipping?
Subscription orders that meet a qualifying threshold may already come with free shipping as a subscriber perk, and it's worth checking whether an additional promotional code applies on top of that benefit or replaces it.
What is Davines' return window?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase with valid proof of purchase, provided products are returned in their original condition. Prior authorization by phone or email is required before sending anything back, and acceptance of any return is at Davines' sole discretion.
Who pays for return shipping at Davines?
The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges when returning a product, and the refund itself is issued minus the original shipping and handling costs from the initial order.
How do I make sure I'm shopping on the real Davines website?
A lookalike site with a nearly identical name to Davines has appeared in search results with return terms that don't match the real brand's policy, so it's worth double-checking the URL carefully, us.davines.com, before entering any payment information.
Is shipping free at Davines?
Free shipping applies to orders of $75 or more, and every order also includes four free samples regardless of order size.
Does signing up for Davines' newsletter come with a discount?
Yes, joining the newsletter typically unlocks free shipping on a first order, in addition to ongoing product recommendations and styling tips.
Can I cancel or change a Davines subscription at any time?
Yes, a subscription can be canceled at any time by logging into the account, and Davines reserves the right to modify subscriber benefits or the program itself at its own discretion.
What happens if I paid for a Davines order partially with a gift card?
The portion covered by the gift card is refunded as store credit usable on us.davines.com, while the remaining amount paid by another payment method is refunded to that original payment method.
