Frequently Asked Questions
Does Keranique's free trial actually cost nothing?
The trial kit itself is discounted, but customers still pay shipping and handling upfront to receive it, so it isn't entirely free.
How do I cancel my Keranique subscription before the next shipment bills?
Subscription orders can be skipped, paused or cancelled anytime from your account, which you can reach through the link in your order confirmation email. Making the change before your next ship date is what stops that charge from going through.
Why was I billed again after I thought I cancelled?
Introductory kits are commonly set up as recurring subscriptions by default, so a shipment already queued before you cancel can still go out and bill. Confirming the cancellation in your account, rather than assuming a phone call alone stopped it, is the safer way to avoid a surprise charge.
What is Keranique's return window?
It depends on where you bought it. Orders placed through the online store at store.keranique.com or shop.keranique.com can be returned within 30 days of purchase by calling or emailing customer support. Orders placed through the televised special offer come with a longer 120 day window from receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping and processing, even if the bottles are empty.
Is there a discount for new Keranique customers?
Signing up for Keranique's email list gets you 25% off your next order.
How long until I see results from the Keranique Regrowth Treatment?
Many users start noticing visible regrowth in around 4 months of consistent use, though it can take up to 6 months for others, since results with minoxidil vary from person to person.
Can I use Keranique products on color treated hair?
Yes, the styling products are formulated to be safe on chemically treated or color treated hair.
Is Keranique tested on animals?
No, Keranique is cruelty free and the formulas are free of animal derived ingredients.
