Frequently Asked Questions
Does Design By Humans offer free shipping?
Free standard shipping applies to apparel orders with an after discount subtotal of $75 or more, and this is available year round without needing a separate code. Accessories like hats, phone cases, stickers, art prints, and specialty limited edition items are excluded from this offer.
What is the return window on Design By Humans apparel?
Unused and unworn items in original packaging can generally be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund minus shipping costs, though return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the error was Design By Humans' fault.
Can I return a phone case if I don't like it?
Generally no. Phone cases are digitally printed to order for every purchase, which makes them personalized and ineligible for return or exchange except under specific circumstances like a defect or printing error.
Are sale items and Tee Grinder Bundles returnable?
No, sale items and Tee Grinder Bundles are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Does Design By Humans reimburse my return shipping cost?
Only if the return falls under a qualifying reason, such as a defect or an error on Design By Humans' part, in which case standard shipping costs are reimbursed once the item is received and processed. Expedited or express shipping costs are not reimbursed under any circumstance.
Can I stack multiple Design By Humans coupon codes?
The order in which codes are applied does not change the total discount, but there may be limits on which types of codes can be combined, so checking the fine print on each code before applying multiple is worth the extra step.
Does Design By Humans have a newsletter discount?
Yes, subscribing to the newsletter has unlocked a percentage off discount for new subscribers, along with early access to sale events and special promotions.
Does Design By Humans ship internationally?
Yes, the company ships to over 100 countries with rates that can be as low as a few dollars depending on destination and package weight, though delivery times vary and international orders may be subject to customs charges.
