Frequently Asked Questions
Can I combine a Southern Tide coupon code with a sale price?
Southern Tide discount codes generally cannot be used in conjunction with each other, though sale prices and free shipping codes can often still be combined with an active promo code, so it's worth checking a specific code's terms before assuming exclusions.
Why isn't my Southern Tide promo code working?
Check whether the item is excluded, since Southern Tide's promotions commonly exclude gift cards, third-party products like Yeti and Dock & Bay, and certain accessories, none of which count toward a minimum purchase threshold either.
What is Southern Tide's return policy?
Unworn and unwashed merchandise can be returned within 30 days from the order date, accompanied by the original tags still attached and the packing slip, with the exception of items marked final sale.
Is return shipping free at Southern Tide?
Yes, items can generally be returned free of charge, with the exception of Yeti coolers, which have $13 deducted from the refund to cover return shipping costs, and Fragrance and Final Sale products, which aren't eligible for return at all.
How long does a Southern Tide refund take to process?
Please allow 10 to 12 business days for Southern Tide to receive and process a return once it's shipped back.
Does Southern Tide offer an extended return window for holiday gifts?
Yes, orders placed during the holiday season are eligible for an extended return policy, so it's worth checking the specific dates for that year's holiday extension before assuming the standard 30-day window applies to a gift purchase.
How does the Skipjack Club rewards program work?
Creating an account earns an instant 50-point sign-up bonus, and members continue earning points on purchases and product reviews, redeemable toward store credit at checkout, with earned points valid for one year before expiring.
Does Southern Tide offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping is available on orders over $150.
