Velvet delivers to the continental U.S., Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, and PO boxes must use standard ground.
What is Velvet's return policy, and what is the $7 fee?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for items that are unwashed, unworn and unused, with the receipt and tags attached. Redo Shipping Protection at checkout covers unlimited returns or exchanges, and opting out means $7 comes off the refund; items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged at all. Refunds go back to the original form of payment, and shipping charges are not refunded.
