Frequently Asked Questions
Can I return a TeeFury shirt if it doesn't fit?
No. Because each design is printed to order in limited runs, TeeFury treats sizing and fit issues as final sale, so checking the size chart before buying is the only real protection here.
What if my TeeFury shirt arrives defective or damaged?
Contact customer service within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and TeeFury will work out a replacement or exchange for a defective print, wrong item, or shipping damage. This path is only for genuine product problems, not size or preference changes.
Can I cancel or change a TeeFury order after placing it?
Generally no, since production on the print run begins as soon as the order is placed. If you catch a mistake, contacting customer service immediately is worth trying, but there's no guarantee the order hasn't already started printing.
Does a TeeFury coupon code apply to the daily 24 hour tee?
Not usually. The daily design is typically excluded from broader promo codes since it's already discounted as part of the daily drop model, so a sitewide code is more useful on gallery reprints or other store sections.
How does the TeeFury Mystery Club work?
It's a subscription that ships an exclusive monthly design not sold elsewhere at a lower price than the daily tee rate, and it can be canceled before the next billing cycle if you decide not to continue, so you're not locked into future shipments.
Does signing up for the TeeFury newsletter come with a discount?
Yes, new subscribers typically get a percentage off coupon for signing up, which is one of the more reliable ways to get a discount that applies more broadly than the daily tee promotion.
How long does TeeFury shipping take?
Standard shipping generally runs several business days, and since each shirt is print on demand, processing can add up to about a week on top of that before the order even ships. Faster shipping tiers are available if the standard timeline doesn't work for a deadline like a gift.
Are TeeFury grab bags discounted?
Yes, grab bags bundle a mystery shirt at a reduced price compared to buying a known design, which works well for anyone who's less picky about the specific print and more interested in the discount.
