Does Displays2go give quantity discounts?
Yes, and they apply automatically at checkout rather than needing a code. For quantities above the published discount breaks, the B2B team handles pricing individually, so a large order is worth a phone call or a quote request rather than a checkout attempt.
What is the reseller program?
Businesses and organizations buying display products for resale or on behalf of clients can enrol and receive a sitewide discount from the moment enrolment is verified, with no minimum order size required to trigger it. The discount scales up with annual purchase volume. For agencies and installers placing repeat orders, this is usually worth more over a year than any public code.
Is there a first order discount?
Displays2go advertises 10% off a first order of $300 or more in exchange for signing up to its email list. The $300 minimum is the catch, and the code arrives by email rather than instantly, so sign up before you are ready to order rather than while sitting at checkout.
Can I combine a promo code with sale section pricing?
Assume one code per order. Displays2go codes also tend to carry order minimums in the $300 to $350 range and commonly exclude services, so a code that looks better on paper may not apply to your cart at all. Check the minimum before you build the order around the code.
Are custom printed products returnable?
No. Custom displays and customized products, including anything with custom text, imprinting or graphics, cannot be returned. Digital signage content creation services and certain digital products requiring installation are also excluded, and those exclusions are noted on the individual product pages.
What is the return window for standard items?
Returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and original packaging, and the return shipment must be postmarked inside that 60 days. Refunds cover the item price only. Original shipping is not refunded, and if you use the label Displays2go generates, the return shipping cost comes out of your refund.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Call customer service at 1-800-572-2194 within 5 business days. That window is much shorter than the 60 day return window, so inspect freight and large boxes on arrival rather than setting them aside until the event you bought them for.
How do freight and pallet returns work?
Differently, and strictly. You must contact Displays2go first to get a Sales Return Order number, and that number has to be clearly marked on all sides of the package or crate. Freight returns without a valid number on the outside are refused outright, which is an expensive mistake to make with a display case.
Which orders ship the same day?
In stock items ordered before 3pm Eastern on a business day. Custom printed and build to order products show their own lead time on the product page, and same day shipping does not run on weekends or holidays. Displays2go ships to all US states, US territories, Canada and freight forwarders, but not to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Can my organization order tax exempt or on a purchase order?
Yes to both. There is a tax exempt enrolment process for qualifying organizations, a downloadable W9, and you can reference a PO number in the notes field or give it to customer service by phone. Note that Displays2go will not be bound by terms and conditions listed on a customer's own purchase order.
When do the biggest discounts appear?
Promotions cluster around seasonal business buying periods and the major retail sale dates, including Back to Business, Presidents Day, Labor Day, and Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
