How long do I have to return an Everlast order?
You may return an item purchased from Everlast.com for a refund within 30 days, as long as it is unused and in its original, unopened packaging. Everlast can decline a return on opened or used merchandise that is not in a condition it considers acceptable for resale.
Who pays for return shipping at Everlast?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless a member of Everlast's customer service team specifically instructs otherwise. Your order number also needs to be written on the outside of the return package, or it may be sent back to you at your own expense.
How long does an Everlast refund take once my return arrives?
Returns are processed within 5 business days of arriving at Everlast's warehouse, and you will get an email notification once the refund has gone through. From there, allow up to 14 days for the credit to actually appear on your bank statement, since that timing depends on your financial institution.
Does Everlast ship internationally?
No, Everlast does not currently ship to APO, AFO, FPO addresses or international locations. Shipping is limited to addresses within the continental US.
