Frequently Asked Questions
Does Grid Studio offer a first order discount?
Yes, subscribing gets you 10% off your first purchase. As the name suggests, it is a first-purchase offer, so put every frame you want in that order.
Can I return a Grid Studio frame if I change my mind?
No. Because every piece is made to order, returns and exchanges are accepted only for a fabrication fault. In that case the item must come back in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Can I cancel a Grid Studio order?
Cancellation is accepted before the item is shipped or produced, and you get a full refund. Grid Studio starts preparing an order as soon as it is verified, so any change or cancellation has to be requested quickly.
How long does Grid Studio take to deliver?
Processing takes about 2 business days, not counting weekends and holidays, and delivery takes roughly 2 weeks in total because the pieces are handmade. If a package has not arrived in time, submit a ticket within 6 months of shipment.
Does Grid Studio take custom orders or work on my own devices?
Custom projects are taken on request through its support email. It cannot accept your own electronics because of customs issues, and it does not sell its layouts or templates as digital files or separate frames.
Are Grid Studio's frames built from real device parts?
Yes, the frames include original parts of the device. The battery shown is a model rather than a live one, and the pieces are non-functional decorative art.
How often does Grid Studio release new deals and coupons?
The email subscribe offer is the standing discount, and other codes appear alongside new frames and collaborations. The lineup on this page changes as new models arrive.
