How do I track my Tracfone order?

Can I return a Tracfone phone I bought online?
Yes, if you bought it on tracfone.com. You have 30 days from delivery to return it for an exchange or refund, and you pay the return shipping. Plans and SIM kits can't be returned, and phones bought at a retailer follow that store's return policy.
How do Tracfone Rewards points work?
You earn points by refilling your plan and completing activities, then redeem them toward an eligible plan. Points only apply once you have the full amount the plan needs. They can't be turned into cash or given to another customer.
Where do I use a coupon or promo code?
Add your items to the cart and apply the offer at checkout on tracfone.com. Signed in customers can also see available offers under Deals & Coupons in My Account. Coupons exclude all iPhone models, reconditioned devices, and several listed Android and flip phones.
Can I combine more than one discount?
Only in some cases. The military discount can be combined with the Auto-Refill discount, but not with extended plans. The Freedom anniversary promotion can't be paired with the military discount, the multi-line discount, or extended plan discounts.
Who qualifies for the Tracfone military discount?
Active duty, National Guard, reserves, veterans, and their spouses qualify, and eligibility is verified through ID.me. Immediate family members aren't eligible. You verify once, and the discount keeps applying as long as you stay on an eligible plan.
Does Tracfone offer a warranty on phones?
New phones other than iPhones come with a one year limited warranty from Tracfone. Refurbished phones and accessories get 90 days, and new iPhones are covered by Apple's one year warranty. Phones you bring yourself aren't covered.
