Frequently Asked Questions
Is OnePlus still selling phones in the US?
No new products are coming to North America, and the OnePlus 16 won't launch here. Any remaining stock is whatever is still listed on the store.
Will my OnePlus phone keep getting updates?
Yes. Existing devices keep their scheduled software updates and security patches for the support period originally promised for that model.
Is my OnePlus warranty still valid?
Yes. OnePlus says applicable warranty coverage will be honored under your product's terms.
Where can I get a OnePlus repair?
Eligible devices still have access to repair and after sales service through service.oneplus.com. That is the support site named in OnePlus's notice.
Will my phone switch from OxygenOS to ColorOS?
After the release of ColorOS 17, eligible OnePlus devices get the option to update to it voluntarily. Check your device's eligibility on the support site.
Is the OnePlus community forum still open?
No. The US community closed on August 16, 2026. OnePlus said it would open a Discord for members, but that isn't an official support channel.
