Frequently Asked Questions
Can I combine a Grovemade coupon code with the clearance section?
No, promo codes generally don't apply to pre-built bundles or items already discounted in the clearance section, so it's worth comparing a clearance price directly against a full-priced item with the newsletter code applied.
Why isn't my Grovemade promo code working?
Check whether the item is part of a bundle, since coupons typically don't work on bundled products even when the same items are available individually. Some codes are also restricted to specific collections, like desk accessories or device stands, rather than working sitewide.
What is Grovemade's return policy?
Items can be returned within 30 days of receiving the order if not satisfied, using the return and exchange request form on Grovemade's support site. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and domestic customers are responsible for the cost of shipping a return or exchange back.
Does Grovemade offer a warranty separate from the return window?
Yes, Grovemade products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use for six months from the day they ship. The warranty is valid only with the order number and a matching email address, and doesn't apply to products bought through a third-party vendor like Amazon or eBay.
What if my Grovemade product arrives damaged or defective?
Contact Grovemade with a photo of the damaged product and the order number, and the team will work out a solution, which is typically handled separately from the standard returns process.
Is there a different return window for the Grovemade Desk or the speaker system?
Yes, a desk return needs to be initiated within 30 days of receiving it, and Grovemade provides a complimentary pre-paid return label to collect the components. The Grovemade Speakers & Amp come with a 30-day audition period where, if unsatisfied, Grovemade covers full return shipping worldwide.
Does Grovemade offer international shipping?
Yes, Grovemade ships worldwide, though international customers are responsible for shipping costs, duties, customs fees, and taxes on any returned or exchanged item.
Does Grovemade offer a discount for students?
Grovemade doesn't run a standing public student discount program, so the newsletter's 10% first-order code remains the most reliable standard discount available to any first-time shopper, student or otherwise.
