What is Supcase's return window?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the order date, and the item needs to be in new condition, in its original packaging, with the barcode intact. A valid order number and proof of purchase are required to process the return.
Are Supcase returns free?
Not for a standard change-of-mind return. For non-defective items, the customer covers return shipping, and the original shipping charge paid at checkout is deducted from the refund rather than returned in full.
Can I exchange a Supcase case for a different color or model?
Yes, exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the order date for an item of equal value that's currently in stock. Including the model number, color and UPC in the exchange request helps Supcase process it correctly the first time.
What warranty does Supcase provide on its cases?
Supcase backs its products with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects, with registration required to activate the optional Warranty+ extension on top of the standard coverage. Warranty+ also includes early access invitations to try new products before they officially launch.
Does Supcase's warranty cover cases bought from third parties?
Only products purchased through Supcase's official website, Amazon store or other authorized platforms are eligible for Warranty+ coverage. Cases bought through unauthorized resellers are not covered, and orders placed through Amazon need to go through Amazon's own customer service for returns and refunds instead of Supcase directly.
What is the Package Protection Service?
Package Protection is an optional add-on selected at checkout, starting around $2.58 depending on cart value, that covers a replacement if a package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit. It takes effect once the order ships and is only refundable if the order is cancelled before that point.
Can I cancel a Supcase order after placing it?
Supcase processes orders quickly, so a cancellation request needs to reach customer service before the order ships to have a realistic chance of being honored. Once tracking has been generated, the order is treated as in transit and cannot be cancelled.
Does a replacement case come with its own return protection?
No, a replacement shipped under warranty carries Supcase's standard manufacturer warranty only, and does not automatically include the Free Return & Package Protection Service. That protection needs to be purchased again separately if the replacement order needs it.
