How much does shipping cost at Hartmann?
Standard shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. Hartmann doesn't ship to PO boxes, Puerto Rico, Guam, or international addresses, and deliveries to APO or FPO addresses can take up to 4 to 6 weeks.
Can I change my shipping method or cancel an order after placing it?
No. Once an order has been processed, Hartmann can't upgrade the shipping method or modify or cancel any items on it, so it's worth double checking everything before completing checkout.
What is Hartmann's return policy?
Unused merchandise can be returned within 90 days of the original shipped date for a refund of the merchandise total plus any sales tax paid. Shipping and handling charges aren't refunded unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong product was sent.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Damaged or incorrect merchandise needs to be reported within 60 days of the ship date through the Online Return Center. Once Hartmann receives and validates the issue, the price of the item and any applicable taxes are refunded to the original payment method.
What does the Limited Lifetime Warranty actually cover?
It covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for the life of the product, and it extends to the original purchaser or a gift recipient. It doesn't cover damage from misuse, neglect, or accidents, and locks, luggage straps, and travel pillows are covered separately under a 2 Year Limited Warranty instead.
Who pays for a warranty repair?
When the Authorized Repair Center confirms a defect is covered under warranty, Hartmann covers both the repair and the cost of shipping the product back. If the issue isn't covered, Hartmann provides an estimate for repair and return shipping before doing any work.
Does Hartmann ship internationally?
No. Hartmann currently ships only within the contiguous United States and doesn't offer international shipping.
