Frequently Asked Questions
Does Kylie Cosmetics offer a discount for signing up for texts or email?
Yes, new subscribers typically get 15 percent off their first order when they spend $40 or more, whether signing up through email or SMS. This is usually the most reliable discount to claim before your first purchase.
Is there a minimum order for free shipping at Kylie Cosmetics?
Kylie Cosmetics offers free standard shipping on domestic orders of $40 or more, with delivery typically taking 4 to 7 business days after your order is fulfilled. Orders under that amount are charged standard shipping rates.
Can I return a product if I just don't like it after trying it?
Generally no, Kylie Cosmetics operates on an all sales final basis for most purchases, meaning items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded simply because you changed your mind. Given this, it is worth researching shade matches and formulas carefully before ordering, especially on new releases.
What if my Kylie Cosmetics order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact customer service promptly and provide photos, and if your claim is approved, you will receive a refund that includes the original shipping cost. This is the main exception to the otherwise strict no returns policy.
Does Kylie Cosmetics have a loyalty program with tiers?
Yes, the loyalty program has four tiers based on lifetime spend: Silver starts at $0, Gold unlocks at $100, Platinum at $250, and Diamond at $500, each adding better perks like more points per dollar, lower free shipping thresholds, and invite-only event access. Every dollar spent earns points redeemable for future discounts.
Can I combine a promo code with my Kylie Cosmetics rewards points?
Not always. During major promotional events like Black Friday and Cyber Monday, the use of reward points is typically restricted and cannot be combined with other discounts or offers running at the same time. Check the terms of your active promo code before assuming points will stack.
Can I cancel a Kylie Cosmetics order after placing it?
Generally no, once an order has been prepared for shipping, Kylie Cosmetics does not allow cancellations, so it is worth reviewing your cart carefully before completing checkout. If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, contacting customer service is the recommended path instead.
Does Kylie Cosmetics offer free gifts with purchase?
Yes, Kylie Cosmetics regularly includes free gifts with qualifying orders, such as a limited-edition pouch with purchases over $70 during specific promotional windows. These gifts rotate frequently, so check the current offer on the site before checking out.
