Frequently Asked Questions
Can I combine a Maje coupon code with the sale section?
No, all sale merchandise, including items marked down during online outlet or seasonal sales, is Final Sale and generally excluded from additional promotional codes, so it's worth comparing a sale price against a full-priced item with a code applied.
Why isn't my Maje promo code working?
Confirm the code hasn't expired and check that it's being applied to full-priced eligible items rather than swimwear, bodysuits, jewelry, or gift items, all of which are Final Sale and excluded from most codes. Only one code can be applied per order.
What is Maje's return policy?
Eligible full-price items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase using the prepaid return label, with all tags attached including the Merchandise Return Tag. All sale merchandise, swimwear, bodysuits, and jewelry are Final Sale and ineligible for return.
Is there a fee to return a Maje item?
Yes, an $8 shipping and handling fee is deducted from the total refund when using the prepaid mail-in label. This fee doesn't apply to returns involving a quality issue or an incorrect item received.
Can I exchange a Maje item for a different size?
Yes, items may be exchanged online for a different size within 30 days of the ship date, unless marked Final Sale. The replacement size is reserved for 10 days and ships once the original item is received, and there's no return shipping fee for an eligible exchange.
Can I cancel a Maje order after placing it?
Yes, but only within 30 minutes of purchase. After that window, the order can no longer be canceled, though customer service can still be contacted with general questions.
Does Maje offer a student discount?
Yes, students and graduates can get 15% off by verifying their status through Student Beans, receiving a unique discount code to enter at checkout.
Does Maje offer free shipping?
Free shipping is available within the United States, with specific thresholds and delivery timelines varying by promotion, so it's worth checking the current shipping terms at checkout.
