Frequently Asked Questions
Does Modlily offer free shipping?
Yes, Standard Shipping is free on orders over $69 USD. Orders under that threshold are charged a shipping fee at checkout based on destination and order weight.
What is Modlily's return policy?
Modlily offers a 30-day return window from the delivery date for most items. Items need to be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify.
Does Modlily deduct shipping costs from a refund?
Yes, if you use Modlily's return shipping label, both the original outbound shipping cost and the return shipping cost are typically deducted from your refund total, even if your original order qualified for free shipping.
Do Modlily promo codes work on swimwear and dresses both?
Most sitewide codes apply broadly across categories, though clearance items and certain new arrivals are sometimes excluded. Check the code's terms at checkout to confirm it applies to your cart.
Can I exchange a Modlily item instead of getting a refund?
Yes, exchanges are available for a different size or color of the same item, and Modlily has processed exchange shipments within a few days of receiving the returned item in past cases.
Does Modlily ship internationally?
Yes, Modlily ships to customers around the world, though delivery timelines and shipping costs vary significantly by destination, and the $69 free shipping threshold applies specifically to standard US shipping.
What if my Modlily order arrives with an issue?
Contact Modlily's customer service through their site's chat or contact form as soon as possible, since reporting a damaged, incorrect, or defective item quickly generally leads to a faster resolution than waiting.
Can I combine a Modlily discount code with a return credit?
Store credit issued from a prior return can typically be applied toward a new order alongside an active promo code, since they function as two separate forms of payment at checkout.
