Rates are $9.99 under $50, $14.99 from $50 to $99.99, $16.99 from $100 to $149.99, and $24.99 at $150 or more. Most orders ship within 3 to 5 business days, and forecasts below 32°F or above 95°F can delay a shipment to protect the plants.
How do Nature Hills Rewards points turn into a coupon?
Enrollment is free through your account, and points are earned on qualifying purchases. Each reward coupon needs a cart worth twice its value, so a $10 coupon needs a $20 cart and a $200 coupon needs $400. Points expire 12 months after they are earned and cannot be used on hard goods, warranties, or gift cards.
Can I send back a plant I changed my mind about?
Live plants cannot be returned, exchanged, or refused at delivery because of agricultural restrictions. Hard goods in original, unopened packaging can go back within 30 days for a refund minus return shipping. An order can be cancelled for a full refund only if you contact support within 24 hours, before fulfillment begins.
How long does the guarantee cover a fall order?
The standard window is 45 days from delivery, and you send photos by email or live chat. Orders delivered after October 15 are covered through May 1 of the following spring. Store credit issued under the guarantee never expires.
Which items do Nature Hills promotions and plant discounts leave out?
Hard goods, warranties, grass plugs, annuals, gift certificates, Bower & Branch gift items, handling fees, and large trees needing local delivery are excluded. A promotion also cannot be applied to a purchase you already made.
