Frequently Asked Questions
Does Next Day Contacts offer a discount for signing up for their newsletter?
Yes, subscribing to the Next Day Contacts newsletter typically unlocks 10 percent off your first order, and the code WELCOME10 has been a commonly cited option for new customers. This is generally the most reliable discount to claim before your first purchase.
Is there a minimum order for free shipping at Next Day Contacts?
No, Next Day Contacts offers free next-day shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required, which is unusual in the contact lens market where fast shipping often carries a premium charge. This applies to orders shipping to the continental US and Alaska.
Does Next Day Contacts offer a student discount?
Yes, student discounts are available, though you will need to verify your enrollment status at a recognized educational institution through their Help & order information section. This is a separate savings path from the general newsletter offer.
Does Next Day Contacts offer discounts for healthcare workers or teachers?
Yes, Next Day Contacts offers key worker discounts for NHS staff, teachers, emergency services personnel, and other frontline workers. Check their Help & order information section for eligibility details and how to verify your status.
What time do I need to order by to get next-day delivery?
Orders generally need to be placed before 11pm when the Expected Ship Date shows "Today" to qualify for next-day delivery, and in-stock items ordered before 2pm EST are typically shipped the same day. With the large majority of orders dispatched same-day, delivery is usually fast and reliable.
What is Next Day Contacts' return policy if I need to exchange a box?
While Next Day Contacts does not publicly list a formal return policy window on their main site, customer reports commonly describe a roughly 30 day window to return unopened, unexpired lenses for a refund or exchange, particularly useful if your prescription changes or you order the wrong box by mistake. Keep your receipt and reach out to customer service promptly if you need to initiate a return.
Can I stack a Next Day Contacts promo code with other sitewide offers?
Generally no, most Next Day Contacts promotions state they cannot be combined with other sitewide offers or bulk pricing adjustments. Compare your specific code against any other active offer to determine which gives you the better price.
Does Next Day Contacts ship to Puerto Rico?
Yes, though delivery to Puerto Rico uses USPS rather than UPS, which can mean a longer delivery time compared to the free next-day UPS shipping available within the continental US. Keep this in mind if you are ordering from outside the mainland US.
