Do I need a separate canvas for every page of my site?
No. One canvas holds an entire website, and you switch commenting off to browse to other pages. The canvas limits on Free and Pro count sites or files, not pages.
Do my clients need a paid account to leave feedback?
No. Guest reviewers can leave comments and replies without logging in. Only users, who create and edit canvases and export comments, count toward your plan.
What happens to my canvases if I cancel or my trial ends?
Your account switches to the Free plan and your canvases become read only. Resubscribing reactivates them. If you cancel from the billing page, you keep access until the end of the billing cycle.
How much does it cost to add people to the Team plan?
Team includes 5 users in the base price. Each additional user costs $24 per month, added from the team page by the owner or an admin.
Where do I enter a Pastel promo code?
The 14 day trial needs no credit card, so a code only matters once you subscribe to Pro or Team. Apply it at that step, from the upgrade prompt in your dashboard or your billing page. If it won't apply, support@usepastel.com can help.
Can I combine more than one code?
Pastel doesn't publish a stacking rule. The annual saving is built into the annual price, and the nonprofit 20% is set up by support. Ask support before pairing the nonprofit rate with a code.
