The paid plans include free call forwarding to landlines up to 2,500 minutes, free conference calling for up to 25 participants on local numbers, free fax to email up to 1,000 faxes a month, and free SMS to email up to 2,500 messages a month. Usage beyond those limits is billed at Sonetel's standard per minute rates.
Do Sonetel's AI features cost extra on top of a Premium plan?
AI call summaries, transcriptions, and customer call analysis are included starting with the Premium and Business plans rather than sold as a separate add on, so once you're on one of those tiers you get the written call summaries and scoring without an additional line item.
