Where do I enter a promo or gift code?
On the payment step of checkout, open the Gift card section and select Manage, then add your code and check the box to apply it. Codes are case sensitive, so type them exactly as shown, including dashes.
Can I combine more than one code?
StubHub's help pages don't state a stacking rule. At checkout you choose which coupon or credit to apply and the order total updates, so confirm the final price before you pay.
What fees does StubHub charge buyers?
Buyers pay a service fee and a fulfillment fee at checkout. There is no set percentage, and fees adjust with ticket price, time to the event, and supply and demand. Turn on "Include estimated fees" under Price Display Options to see them before you check out.
How does ticket delivery work, and what if there is a problem?
Delivery timing varies depending on how the tickets were originally issued. Every order is covered by the FanProtect Guarantee. If tickets arrive late or aren't honored, StubHub works to provide comparable or better replacement tickets, with your money back as the backstop.
Can I cancel or return an order?
No, All StubHub sales are final, and you can't change, cancel, or return an order after purchase. If you can't attend, you can resell the tickets from your order, and listing is free.
What happens if an event is canceled or rescheduled?
If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, you can take a cash refund or a credit worth 120% of what you paid. Rescheduled events keep tickets valid for the new date. Refunds are not given for postponed or rescheduled events, partial performances, or venue, date, lineup, or time changes, unless replacement tickets are required.
How do I get StubHub coupons or promo codes?
Opt in to marketing emails and mobile messages under Settings, then the Contact tab. Public service members can also get discounts through GOVX, and the GOVX code is single use.
