Frequently Asked Questions
Does Tail Activewear offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders over $150 (the cart subtotal after any discount codes are applied) ship free via UPS Ground within the continental United States. Orders under that amount ship for a flat $5.95, and Hawaii and Alaska orders ship USPS Priority for a flat $10.
How fast does Tail Activewear ship orders?
Orders placed Monday through Friday typically leave the warehouse within 48 hours, not counting holidays and weekends. Shoppers who need something sooner can add 3 day, 2 day, or 1 day expedited shipping at checkout, though those upgrades aren't available outside the continental U.S.
Can I use a Tail Activewear coupon code on sale items?
Tail runs frequent promo codes, including the standing PGA10, LPGA10, and OPEN10 codes for 10 percent off, alongside seasonal codes for its outerwear and golf collections. Exclusions can apply to already marked down sale styles, so it's worth checking the code's terms at checkout before assuming it will stack.
How does the Tail Activewear rewards program work?
Signing up for the A List rewards program credits new members with 200 points right away, and shoppers then earn 2 points for every dollar spent. Points can be redeemed for perks like free ground shipping, branded socks, or gift cards, which makes the program worth joining before a first order rather than after.
What happens if my Tail Activewear order arrives with the wrong item?
Shoppers have 14 days from delivery to report a missing or incorrect item so the brand can process a refund or send the correct piece. Waiting past that window can mean the claim isn't eligible, so it pays to check a shipment against the packing slip as soon as it arrives.
How do I start a return with Tail Activewear?
Returns and exchanges are handled through the brand's online returns portal rather than by mailing items back with no tracking. Starting a return there generates the shipping details needed to send the item back.
Does Tail Activewear ship internationally?
Yes, to any country UPS services, for a flat $25 shipping charge. International shoppers should budget for duties and taxes separately, since those are collected at delivery rather than built into the checkout price.
Where else can I buy Tail Activewear besides its own site?
The brand also sells through retail partners such as pro shops, specialty stores, and major sporting goods chains, plus Amazon. Coupon codes for tailactivewear.com generally only apply to orders placed directly on the brand's own site.
