Frequently Asked Questions
What are Tickled Teal's grab bags?
Grab bags are surprise bundles, such as a set of tank tops or blank tees, where Tickled Teal selects the specific items and sizes on your behalf rather than letting you choose each piece individually. They are priced well below buying the same number of items individually, which is the trade off for not knowing exactly what you'll receive.
Can I return items from a grab bag if I don't like what I get?
No, grab bag items are sold as final sale, meaning no returns or exchanges, since the discounted bundle pricing depends on the items moving as a set rather than being sent back individually.
Does Tickled Teal charge for shipping?
Shipping has historically been offered free on orders, which is part of what makes the grab bags and other lower priced items an easy add to a cart, though it is worth confirming current shipping terms at checkout since policies can shift over time.
Can I stack a discount code with grab bag pricing?
Often yes, since grab bags are already discounted through their bundle structure rather than through a separate promo code, an additional sitewide code has sometimes applied on top to lower the price further. Try your code at checkout to see if it reduces the total.
Are regular priced, non grab bag items returnable?
Standard items outside of grab bags are generally treated differently from final sale bundles, so check the specific product listing or your order confirmation for the applicable return window before assuming grab bag rules apply to your whole order.
What sizes are typically included in tank top and tee grab bags?
Since Tickled Teal selects the sizes based on availability rather than guaranteeing you'll get your usual size in every piece, it can help to order a size you're comfortable with a little bigger or smaller fitting loosely, since fit review has varied by shopper.
How often does Tickled Teal restock its grab bags?
Grab bags tend to sell out and reappear periodically as new inventory becomes available, so if a specific bundle style is out of stock, checking back is often worth it rather than assuming it's gone permanently.
