Frequently Asked Questions
How much is shipping on UGG.com if I'm not a Rewards member?
Standard shipping is free on orders of $100 or more and $8 under $100. UGG Rewards members get free standard shipping on every order. Expedited is $20 and arrives within 2 business days, and next business day is $30.
Can I return UGG boots after wearing them?
UGG takes returns within 30 days of purchase, but only on authentic pairs that are new and unused, sent back as a complete pair. If worn boots turn out to be defective, the one year warranty covers materials and workmanship, not general wear and tear or water discoloration. Warranty claims end in an exchange or site credit, because UGG does not repair items.
How do I get the 10% UGG Rewards welcome discount?
Join UGG Rewards for free and the code is emailed to you for your first order. It works on eligible items at UGG.com in the United States, not in stores, and collaboration styles and select limited release products are excluded. You need to be 13 or older to join.
Where do I enter a code at checkout?
Add your items to the cart, go to checkout on UGG.com and paste the code into the promo code field. Check that the discount appears in your order total before paying. Rewards members should sign in first, since member shipping is applied to signed in accounts at checkout.
Can I combine more than one UGG promo code?
Not with the welcome offer, which UGG states cannot be stacked with other promotions. Other offers follow their own terms, and UGG has run sale events that allowed a Rewards discount but blocked student, Community Heroes and welcome discounts. Read the fine print on each offer before you check out.
Does UGG price match?
UGG does not match other retailers or websites. It will match the price of an item bought on ugg.com or through Customer Care if that exact style, style number and color is marked down within 30 days. Temporary discounts from promotional events, such as holiday sales, do not qualify.
How do I get the UGG military or teacher discount?
Verify your status through SheerID on UGG's Promotions page, where educators, medical professionals, first responders and military personnel each have their own link. You may need to upload documents, and verification usually takes 48 hours or less. The promo code you receive gives 10% off per order and can be redeemed once a month.
