Frequently Asked Questions
Does UnderGents offer free shipping?
Yes, free domestic shipping applies to all orders from the US store. Expedited shipping costs extra, and that fee is deducted from a comfort guarantee refund.
What is the UnderGents Comfort Guarantee?
New customers can send items back within 30 days for a refund or ask for an exchange, and replacements ship free. The guarantee is limited to one worn pair.
What is the UnderGents return policy for other orders?
Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of delivery, with items unworn and in original packaging. You pay return shipping, and refunds or exchanges are processed within 10 business days after the warehouse receives the package.
Do I need approval before returning UnderGents?
Yes. Email support@undergents.com with your order number before sending anything back. Returns without authorization are not processed, and used garments are not sent back.
Can I return UnderGents bought on Amazon or another retailer?
The store only processes returns for purchases made on its own website. For other retailers, contact them first, and UnderGents support will try to help if they cannot.
Does UnderGents offer multipacks?
The catalog includes 3 packs of the boxer brief and the modern brief, and product pages invite shoppers to customize a pack and save.
Does UnderGents give a discount for signing up?
The signup section promises special savings, discounts and product news. The store does not publish the size of any welcome code, so the current signup prompt is the place to check.
Do UnderGents coupons work on sale items?
Codes for underwear stores typically exclude sale items and cannot be combined with other offers. Read a code's terms before assuming it applies to a marked down pack.
How often does UnderGents release new deals and coupons?
New codes appear irregularly rather than on a fixed calendar, and one tracker counted roughly one a month. Black Friday discounts are not guaranteed, so the list here updates as codes come and go.
