Frequently Asked Questions
Does Adornmonde offer free shipping?
Every US order ships free with no minimum required, and international orders ship free once the order reaches $280. Below that international threshold, a flat rate international shipping fee applies instead.
How long do I have to return an Adornmonde purchase?
Adornmonde gives customers 14 days from the date they receive their jewelry to start and ship a return, which is shorter than the return window at many other jewelry sites, so it helps to try pieces on soon after they arrive. Returns must be in new condition with the original tags, jewelry cards, pouch, and gift box included.
Can I return earrings if I already wore them?
No. For hygiene reasons, Adornmonde does not accept returns on earrings or other piercing jewelry that has been worn, so it is worth trying these pieces on carefully before removing any protective backing.
What happens if I return a made to order piece?
Made to order jewelry is not eligible for a refund, though Adornmonde will accommodate an exchange for US customers or issue a credit note instead. It is worth checking the product listing before ordering to see whether an item falls into this made to order category.
Does an Adornmonde promo code work on sale items?
Promo codes at Adornmonde are generally intended for full priced pieces, and applying one to already discounted jewelry is a common reason a code fails to reduce the total. Trying the code on a full priced item first is the easiest way to confirm whether it is working.
Is return shipping free at Adornmonde?
US customers receive a prepaid return label by email once a return request is submitted, so return shipping is covered. International customers need to contact customer care directly to arrange the return, and international returns must be shipped with duties paid, meaning any customs costs fall on the customer rather than Adornmonde.
Does Adornmonde offer a student or military discount?
Adornmonde does not currently run a dedicated student or military discount program. New customers can still save through the welcome offer most first time shoppers see when signing up for the email list.
Is there a rewards or loyalty program at Adornmonde?
Adornmonde does not operate a formal points based loyalty program. Instead, subscribing to the email list is the main way to get early access to sales, new arrivals, and occasional exclusive discount codes.
How often does Adornmonde release new coupon codes?
New codes tend to appear around seasonal sales events and whenever a new collection drops, and welcome codes for first time subscribers are typically available on an ongoing basis. Because seasonal codes rotate frequently, the offers on this page are checked regularly to reflect what is currently active.
