Frequently Asked Questions
Can I stack a promo code with my Goddess Circle membership discount?
Yes. The Goddess Circle's automatic 10% member discount can be stacked with promo codes during sales, which is one of the more generous combination policies in fine jewelry. Free shipping applies to every order for members regardless of cart size.
How does the Goddess Circle membership pricing work?
Membership runs $40 a month, but that amount converts into $40 of store credit that rolls over if unused. Along with the 10% discount and free shipping, members get 24 hour early access to drops and sales, plus free gifts at certain spending milestones.
What's Awe Inspired's return policy on final sale items?
Final sale items can't be returned or refunded. Everything else can go back within 30 days of purchase as long as it's unworn, in new condition, and includes the original packaging and order number
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Typically no. Awe Inspired generally covers return shipping and lets you choose between an exchange, store credit, or a refund, though this can vary depending on whether package protection was added at checkout.
How long does a refund take once Awe Inspired receives my return?
Refunds are processed upon receipt and verification of the returned package, and the process usually takes up to a few business days from there before the refund posts.
Is there a minimum order for free shipping?
Non members get free shipping on US orders of $100 or more, and international orders over $250. Goddess Circle members skip the minimum entirely and get free shipping on every order.
What does the Awe Inspired warranty actually cover?
Awe Inspired repairs or replaces jewelry for material or workmanship damage for two years from purchase. It doesn't cover lost items, normal wear like a bent post or worn plating, or damage from a third party altering the piece.
Can I use a discount code with Afterpay?
Afterpay is available at checkout as a payment method, and a promo code applied to your cart reduces the total before Afterpay splits it into installments, similar to how the plan works with any other split pay option.
How often does Awe Inspired run new promotions?
Awe Inspired runs frequent limited time codes, often tied to specific collections like charm jewelry, alongside recurring referral and newsletter offers, so checking back before a purchase tends to turn up something active.
