Frequently Asked Questions
How much do I need to spend for free shipping at BaubleBar?
US orders of $75 or more ship free, counted after discounts and before taxes. Smaller orders pay $8. Standard shipping takes 5 to 7 business days via USPS.
Can I return a custom item?
No. Custom, made-to-order, and final sale items are not eligible for return. Other items must be unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging.
Does BaubleBar offer price adjustments?
No. BaubleBar does not adjust prices after purchase or apply promo codes to past orders. If an item goes on sale later, you won't get the difference back.
Where do I enter a promo code at BaubleBar?
Enter it at checkout, since codes can't be added to an order after it is placed. The cart notes that taxes and discount codes are calculated at checkout.
Can I combine more than one code?
Not always. BaubleBar says some promotions can't be combined with other offers. Others apply only to select items or certain customers, such as new or existing ones.
Can I exchange an item for a different one?
Exchanges are only for the same item in a different size or color. For a completely different piece, choose store credit when you start the return and you'll get a code for the return value.
Can I rush a custom order?
No. BaubleBar can't expedite production on custom items, and they aren't eligible for expedited or rush shipping. Each one ships by the date shown on its product page.
