Frequently Asked Questions
What is Afloral's return policy?
Afloral accepts returns of unused products with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and a return authorization is generally required before shipping anything back.
Are clearance items eligible for return at Afloral?
No, clearance items, including those priced to end in $.x5, are considered final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances, so it is worth being confident about a purchase before buying from a clearance or final sale section.
Can I cancel or change an Afloral order after placing it?
No, orders generally cannot be changed or canceled once placed, so double-checking your cart, including quantities, colors, and sizes, before submitting payment is the only way to avoid being stuck with an order exactly as it was placed.
Does Afloral offer a discount for florists and interior designers?
Yes, Afloral's Trade Program offers members a 25% to 30% sitewide discount, an extended return window, tax-exempt status where applicable, and early access to new products, which can be worth applying for if you regularly purchase artificial florals for client work.
Does Afloral offer free shipping?
Free shipping thresholds have varied by promotion, and orders over $800 require someone to be home to sign for the package, so checking current shipping terms at checkout confirms what applies to your specific order.
Is there a minimum order amount for Afloral discount codes?
Yes, some of the stronger percentage-off codes require a minimum spend, commonly around $100 to $120, so checking that your cart clears the required amount before applying a code helps avoid it failing at checkout.
Does Afloral offer a discount for signing up for emails?
Yes, signing up for the Afloral email list has offered new subscribers a percentage-off discount, commonly around 15%, on orders over a minimum spend, which is a straightforward way to save on an initial purchase.
