Frequently Asked Questions
Does Flowers Fast charge extra for same day delivery?
No, Flowers Fast includes same day delivery within the US and Canada at no additional charge, which sets it apart from several competitors that treat rush delivery as a paid upgrade. Same day availability still depends on the recipient's zip code and how early in the day the order goes in.
Why might my Flowers Fast bouquet look a little different from the photo online?
Flowers Fast fulfills orders through a network of local partner florists rather than one central warehouse, and florists occasionally substitute blooms based on what is fresh and in stock that day. The overall color scheme and style are kept consistent even when specific stems vary.
What happens if my Flowers Fast order doesn't arrive on time?
Customers who report a late or missing delivery have received refunds or credits toward a future order once support investigates what happened with the local florist. Reaching out promptly with the order number gives customer service the best chance to fix it or make it right.
Can I send flowers through Flowers Fast for a funeral on short notice?
Yes, sympathy and funeral arrangements are one of the occasion categories Flowers Fast specializes in, and same day delivery can apply here too depending on the delivery zip code and cutoff time. For a specific service time, it helps to place the order as early in the day as possible.
Does Flowers Fast deliver outside the US and Canada?
Flowers Fast's core same day guarantee applies to the US and Canada, though the company has taken international orders in the past through its network of partner florists abroad. International delivery timing and availability can be less predictable than domestic orders.
Can I combine a Flowers Fast coupon with the free same day delivery?
Coupon codes typically discount the arrangement price itself, and since same day delivery is already included at no extra charge rather than an add on fee, there is usually nothing separate to stack the code against. The savings show up directly on the flowers and any gift add ons in the cart.
What else can I order from Flowers Fast besides flowers?
Alongside bouquets and plants, Flowers Fast sells balloons, plush toys, spa gift sets, jewelry, and gourmet snack baskets that can be added to a floral order or sent on their own. Bundling a small add on gift with flowers is a common way to round out a birthday or new baby order.
