Frequently Asked Questions
Does Globalrose offer free shipping?
Yes, weekday deliveries within the continental US ship free. Saturday delivery is available for an additional charge, and delivery to Hawaii or Alaska may carry extra fees as well.
What is Globalrose's return policy on flowers?
Since flowers are perishable, Globalrose asks customers to report any freshness issues, damage, or wilting by email within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. Based on the issue, they'll offer a replacement or store credit rather than a traditional mailed-back return.
Can I combine a promo code with other discounts?
No, Globalrose typically allows only one promo code per order, and most codes can't be combined with other offers, including free shipping promotions. If a code includes free shipping, it will override any other active shipping deal rather than stack with it.
Do wedding bundles offer better savings than buying flowers individually?
Yes, pre-made wedding collections, including centerpieces, bouquets, and boutonnieres, are typically bundled at savings of up to 25% compared to ordering the same flowers separately.
Can a promo code be used during a seasonal sale like Valentine's Day or Mother's Day?
Yes, a valid promo code can often be applied on top of an already discounted seasonal sale, so it's worth checking whether a code still works even when items are marked down for a holiday.
Does Globalrose offer a referral discount?
Yes, referring a friend can earn a discount for both the referring customer and the friend once they place their first order.
How far in advance should I order for a wedding or event?
Since flowers are shipped fresh and timed for delivery close to the event date, it's best to place a bulk order a few weeks ahead to make sure the specific varieties and quantities needed are available.
Are there discounts for buying in bulk?
Yes, since Globalrose specializes in wholesale-style pricing, ordering larger quantities of stems generally brings the per-stem price down, separate from any promo code applied.
Does signing up for emails unlock a discount?
Yes, subscribing to the Globalrose email list is a reliable way to get early notice of sales and exclusive promo codes, especially around major floral holidays.
When does Globalrose release its best promo codes?
New codes tend to come out monthly, with additional releases timed around major floral holidays like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and wedding season
