Does AliExpress offer free shipping to the US?
Only on items that show the Free Shipping label. Many of those need your order to reach a threshold, which is listed on the product page. In Dollar Express, 3 items ship free.
How long do I have to return an item?
For Free Returns items sold by Mainland China sellers, you can request a return within 90 calendar days of paying for the order. The order page shows your exact deadline. Items that aren't marked Free Returns aren't covered by this window.
What if my order arrives late?
On Fast Delivery items, request a late delivery coupon from the order details page once the latest estimated date passes. It's valid for 60 days and applies to non virtual items. Cancelled orders don't qualify.
Where do I enter a code at checkout?
Add your items and go to checkout, then apply your code or coupon before you pay. Coupons already in your account are listed under Account, then Coupons.
Can I combine more than one code?
AliExpress doesn't publish a single stacking rule, so the checkout page decides which offers apply together. Compensation coupons such as the late delivery one also follow AliExpress's coupon terms. Check the order total after each change.
What happens if an item arrives damaged or never arrives?
On Fast Delivery items, you can request a partial or full refund for damage. A package marked lost in transit qualifies for a full refund. The order page shows how long you wait before a not delivered refund opens up.
Can I return an item I've opened or used?
Opening it to test is fine, but the item, its packaging and accessories such as tags, manuals and warranty cards need to come back complete. Activation or signs of use can reduce or void the refund.
