Frequently Asked Questions
What is Alphabet Deal's return window?
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. The window starts the day the package arrives, which is worth noting since it runs on delivery date rather than order date.
What condition does a return need to be in?
The item has to be unworn or unused, with original tags still attached, and packed back in its original packaging. A return that shows signs of wear typically gets declined rather than refunded.
Does furniture follow the same return rules as everything else?
No. Furniture and other items that require a scheduled delivery follow a different clock: returns tied to a scheduled delivery from Alphabet Deal's own fulfillment must be started within 7 days of delivery, while other furniture on a scheduled delivery timeline can be returned within 30 days of the shipping date instead of the delivery date.
Is there a discount for signing up for the Alphabet Deal newsletter?
Yes. New subscribers typically get a percentage off their first purchase through an email signup offer, separate from the sitewide promo codes that run on the coupon page.
Does Alphabet Deal run daily deals?
The homepage is structured around rotating daily and seasonal deals rather than one static sale, so the discount on any given item can change from one day to the next. Checking back periodically, rather than assuming a price is fixed, tends to turn up better timing on a purchase.
Can a return be started after the 30 day window has closed?
Generally no, except for items that fall under the furniture rule tied to shipping date instead of delivery date. Outside of that exception, requesting a return after 30 days from delivery isn't guaranteed to be accepted.
