Frequently Asked Questions
What is AllSaints's return policy?
Online orders can be returned free of charge within 28 days of receiving the item, as long as it's unworn, unused, and still has all original tags attached. Returns can be sent back through the online returns portal or brought to any AllSaints store, excluding outlets and concessions.
Can I exchange an item instead of getting a refund?
Online returns to AllSaints's distribution centers are refund only, so getting a different size or color means placing a new order separately. Exchanges are possible in-store, though, by bringing the item to a location trading in the same currency as the original purchase.
Does AllSaints charge for return shipping?
No, AllSaints offers free returns on online orders with no minimum purchase required, using the prepaid label generated through the returns portal. There are no restocking fees either.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Changes or cancellations can't be guaranteed once an order has been confirmed, since AllSaints processes orders quickly. If the parcel is already in transit, the shipping carrier's in-flight delivery options may allow an address or date change instead.
Is there a student discount?
Yes, students can save on their order after verifying their status through Student Beans, which issues a code to use at checkout. This runs separately from sitewide sales and other promotional codes.
Does AllSaints offer free shipping?
Yes, standard shipping is free on US orders over $100, applied automatically without needing a code. Orders below that threshold are charged the standard delivery rate.
Can a sale discount combine with a promo code?
Typically not. Sale offers usually can't be combined with other discounts, so it's worth comparing whether an item's current sale price or a separate promo code saves more before checking out.
When does AllSaints run its biggest sales?
Seasonal sales appear periodically throughout the year, often with an extra percentage off already reduced items, and Black Friday is the brand's major annual sale event with the deepest markdowns. A-List newsletter subscribers typically get early access to these sales before the general public
