Frequently Asked Questions
Does Amanda Uprichard offer free shipping?
Ground shipping is free on orders over $150. Orders under that amount carry a flat $10 shipping fee, and the brand does not ship to P.O. boxes, military addresses, or outside the United States.
What is Amanda Uprichard's return window?
Items can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. They need to come back unworn, unaltered, with all original tags attached, and in the original Amanda Uprichard packaging, or the return can be denied.
Are sale items eligible for return?
No. Any item bought at a discount is final sale, so it is worth double checking size charts before buying marked down pieces since they can't be sent back.
What happens to my discount if I return part of an order?
If a promo code was used to pay for part of the purchase, only the amount actually paid is refunded. The value of the promo code itself is not reissued as a credit or a new code.
Does Amanda Uprichard price match?
Yes. The brand will match a full priced item sold in U.S. dollars by a U.S. based competitor. The exact style, color, and size have to be available at the lower price, and sale items don't qualify. Requests go to service@amandauprichard.com with a link to the competing listing.
How long does a refund take once I've shipped something back?
Returns can take 1 to 2 weeks to reach the New York warehouse, then 2 to 3 business days to be inspected and processed. After that, refunds take another 3 to 5 business days to show up on the original payment method.
Is there a fee for returning an item?
Yes, a $10 restocking fee is deducted per order from the refund, separate from any original shipping charges.
Can I return something I bought from another retailer?
No. Amanda Uprichard only accepts returns for orders placed directly on amandauprichard.com. Items bought through another retailer need to go back to that retailer.
How often does Amanda Uprichard offer discount codes?
New subscribers to the email list get 15% off, and the brand runs periodic sales throughout the year, so checking this page before checkout is worth it even outside of major sale events.
