Frequently Asked Questions
How long do I have to return a pair of shoes?
You have 35 days from the date of shipment to return an item, as long as it's unworn and in brand-new condition. Items priced at a $0.99 ending, generally a sign of final sale clearance pricing, are not eligible for return.
Can I exchange a pair for a different size?
No, Andre Assous doesn't offer direct exchanges. Instead, you return the unwanted pair through the standard return process and place a new order for the size or style you actually want.
Is there a fee if I'm returning several pairs at once?
Yes, returning four or more pairs of shoes in the same order triggers a restocking fee of roughly 8 to 10 percent, so it's worth being more selective when ordering multiple pairs to try at once.
Is there a minimum order for free shipping?
Yes, free standard US shipping applies to orders of $98 to $100 or more, depending on the current promotion, with orders below that threshold charged a flat shipping fee.
How does the Andre Insider rewards program work?
Signing up for emails and texts earns you 200 points immediately, which is already enough for a $10 voucher, and referring a friend earns an additional 300 points. Climbing the program's tiers unlocks perks like early access to sales, free two-day shipping, and extra cash off during regular sale events.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, Andre Assous supports Afterpay at checkout, letting you split your purchase into four interest-free payments rather than paying the full amount upfront.
Where can I find the deepest discounts?
The Sale secon carries an ever-changing selection of clearance wedges, sandals, and heels marked down 20 to 40 percent, and that's generally a better starting point than a sitewide code if you're flexible on style.
