You have 30 days to return or exchange unworn items for free, either at a Happy Returns Return Bar or by mail with a prepaid label. Shoes must come back in their original box, and Final Sale items can't be returned or exchanged.

Yes. Free shipping on all orders applies when you are logged in to your Loyalty account, so sign in before you reach checkout. It removes the $99 minimum entirely.
Where do I enter a Sam Edelman promo code?
