Frequently Asked Questions
Does Baabuk offer free shipping to the US?
Orders over $199 ship free to US addresses. Orders below that ship for a flat $15, and most packages arrive within 5 to 7 business days.
What happens if my Baabuk shoes don't fit?
Baabuk's U-Turn program lets you keep a pair that runs too big or small, gift it to someone else, and get 50% off your next pair instead of paying return shipping. You'll need to submit the return authorization form within 30 days of delivery to qualify.
Can I still return Baabuk shoes for a refund instead of using U-Turn?
Yes. Baabuk backs every order with a 30-day guarantee. Submit the return authorization form within 30 days of delivery, and as long as the shoes are unused, you can get a refund or exchange once they're received at Baabuk's US-based facility.
Does a Baabuk discount code work on clearance items?
Sitewide percentage-off codes typically exclude clearance and already discounted styles, since those prices are cut as far as Baabuk will go. Save sitewide codes for regularly priced wool sneakers, slippers, or boots instead.
Can I combine a coupon code with the U-Turn program?
Yes. Since U-Turn is a return alternative rather than a discount, it can be applied alongside a valid promo code used on your original order.
What if I bought Baabuk shoes in a physical store, can I still use U-Turn?
No, U-Turn only applies to purchases made directly through Baabuk's website. In-store purchases need to be returned or exchanged through the shop where they were bought.
How often does Baabuk release new coupon codes?
Baabuk runs sitewide percentage discounts and free shipping promotions fairly regularly, alongside seasonal sales tied to winter and the holidays when its wool boots and slippers see the most demand. Check back on this page often since the codes rotate.
Are Baabuk's wool shoes actually washable?
Yes. The moisture wicking wool uppers are machine washable, and the TPU rubber soles resist water, oil, and grease, so a promo code purchase is easy to keep looking new through several wears.
