Frequently Asked Questions
What is the free shipping minimum at DC Shoes?
U.S. Ground shipping is free on orders of $100 or more, and costs $10.95 below that. Orders usually take 3 to 4 business days to process, and DC Shoes doesn't ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
What is the DC Shoes return policy?
You can return unworn items bought on dcshoes.com within 30 days of delivery. Shoes must include the original shoe box, and Final Sale items can't be returned. Original shipping charges aren't refunded.
Can I exchange my DC Shoes for a different size?
No, DC Shoes doesn't offer exchanges. Return what you have and place a new order, and choose store credit if you want to avoid the $9.95 handling fee while you wait.
How does the Instant Refund work?
Instant Refund is powered by Reshop and sends your money back to the original payment method before you ship. It carries the same $9.95 handling fee, and you must hand the package to the carrier within 7 days or the refund reverses.
Where do I enter DROPIN25?
Enter the code at checkout. The welcome offer is one time use and excludes DC Reserve styles, snowboard boots, snowboards and delivery charges.
Can I combine more than one DC Shoes code?
No. The welcome offer can't be combined with other offers and promotions unless the offer says otherwise.
How does the Authentic Membership free trial work?
You enter payment details upfront and aren't charged until the 30 day trial ends. After that you're billed every 30 days, you can cancel any time in the member portal, and completed monthly charges aren't refunded.
