Frequently Asked Questions
Can I return a Bearaby blanket if I already washed it?
No. Bearaby's return policy requires the item to be unwashed with the branded label still attached. Once a blanket has gone through a wash cycle, even once, it no longer qualifies for a return.
Does Bearaby charge a fee on returns?
Yes. Bearaby charges a return processing fee that varies by product, generally 14.99 dollars per item for most Nappers, Cuddlers, and covers, and 19.99 dollars for the larger 15, 20, and 25 pound Nappers and the Queen Hugger.
What is Bearaby's return window?
Products can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unwashed, the branded label is still attached, and the shipping address is within the contiguous United States.
Does Bearaby offer a student discount?
Bearaby does not currently run an ongoing student discount program, so shoppers should look instead to seasonal sales or the newsletter signup offer for savings.
Can I finance a Bearaby purchase?
Yes. Bearaby offers Afterpay for splitting a purchase into installments at checkout, which can make a higher priced blanket, like a larger weighted comforter, easier to budget for without needing a discount code.
Does Bearaby offer free shipping?
Yes, on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States, regardless of order size.
Why might my Bearaby coupon code not apply?
Codes are frequently tied to a specific collection, like sheets or a seasonal sale, rather than the entire site, so a code meant for the Second Skin sheets line will not discount a weighted blanket purchase.
Are gift cards or small Huggets returnable?
No. Both are listed as non exchangeable and non refundable, so they should be treated as a final purchase at checkout.
When does Bearaby typically release its best discounts?
Historical pricing shows the steepest markdowns, up to 30 percent off sitewide, around Black Friday, with smaller seasonal promotions around Labor Day, Mother's Day, and Valentine's Day.
