Can I return something I bought from the Beauty Store?
Opened and unopened products from the Beauty Store can be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit including taxes, less a $10 shipping and handling charge, with a return label provided. Bringing the item into the Novato store waives that $10 fee. Returns are not accepted on shipments sent outside the United States.
Can I return a Discovery box?
Returns are not accepted on the monthly Discovery. Beauty Heroes asks members to email customer care at the start of a membership with any allergies or ingredient sensitivities so the team can flag issues before a box goes out.
Is there a deadline to get a specific month's box?
The 26th of the month is the last day to join and receive that month's Discovery. A new box drops on the 1st. Joining on the 27th means your first delivery is the following month's brand, which matters if you subscribed for a specific featured brand.
