Frequently Asked Questions
How long do I have to decide if I like a Big Blanket Co blanket?
Big Blanket Co offers free exchanges and returns within the continental US backed by a 100 night, no questions asked guarantee. That gives you a full season to actually use the blanket before deciding whether to send it back.
Is there a limit on free returns at Big Blanket Co?
Free returns and exchanges apply on orders totaling up to $500 in combined value per customer; above that, you're responsible for return shipping, and refunds come back as store credit. This is worth knowing if you're planning a large bundle order.
What condition does my blanket need to be in to return it?
Items must come back clean and undamaged, without pet hair or stains, and in original packaging where possible; returns in questionable condition are subject to restocking fees. Personalized or Final Sale items aren't eligible for return at all.
How many times can I exchange the same order?
Big Blanket Co allows up to two exchanges per item, so if the first replacement still isn't right, you get one more shot before the return window closes.
Does Big Blanket Co offer free shipping?
Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders of $150 or more, and the offer excludes previous purchases and gift cards. Below that threshold, a shipping charge applies at checkout.
Does Big Blanket Co give a discount for military members?
Yes, military personnel can verify their status through ID.me on the Military Discount page to receive a unique discount code at checkout.
Is there a birthday discount at Big Blanket Co?
Big Blanket Co emails a 20% off discount for your next purchase on your birthday, valid for 30 days from when it arrives. You'll need to be signed up with your birthday on file to receive it.
Can I use a Big Blanket Co discount code on outlet items?
Promo codes can generally be applied to items in the outlet section as well as regular priced items, so it's worth checking the outlet page before paying full price elsewhere on the site.
How often does Big Blanket Co release new discount codes?
Big Blanket Co runs frequent promotions rather than sticking to one or two annual sales, so new codes tend to show up through email, referral offers, and site banners fairly regularly, and the lineup on this page changes to match.
