Frequently Asked Questions
How does Buffy's At Home Trial actually work?
When you place an order, Buffy puts a temporary hold on your card rather than charging it right away, and that hold only converts into an actual charge once your 7-night trial period ends. If you decide the product isn't for you within those 7 nights, emailing Buffy's support removes the hold and you're never charged at all.
What happens if I keep a Buffy product past the At Home Trial?
Once the trial period ends and your card is charged, you still have 50 nights from the date your order was delivered to send it back for a full refund, and Buffy covers the return shipping with a prepaid label. This makes the effective return window considerably longer than most bedding retailers offer.
Can I combine a Buffy discount code with a sale item?
Buffy's public promo codes are limited, since the brand mostly discounts through its own sale collection rather than issuing frequent sitewide codes, and stacking a newsletter or first-order code on top of an already discounted sale item isn't guaranteed to work. Comparing the sale price against a code applied to a full-price item is usually worth doing before checkout.
Is Buffy's At Home Trial available on every product?
No, the trial doesn't apply to Final Sale orders, and it's also unavailable if you check out using Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or PayPal, since those payment methods don't support the temporary card hold Buffy uses for the trial. Standard credit and debit card checkouts are the way to access the trial period.
Does Buffy offer free shipping?
Yes, Buffy provides free ground shipping on all orders shipping to the contiguous United States, with no minimum spend required to qualify. Orders headed to a PO box ship via USPS instead and can take a few extra days to arrive.
What discount do first-time Buffy customers get?
New subscribers to Buffy's email list typically receive a percentage off their first order once they sign up, delivered by code through email, and that welcome offer is generally limited to one redemption per new subscriber.
Can Canadian customers use Buffy's At Home Trial?
No, the At Home Trial is currently limited to US customers. Canadian shoppers can still purchase from Buffy and are covered by a standard 30-day return policy instead, though return shipping in that case is paid by the customer rather than provided free.
How long does Buffy's standard shipping take?
Delivery generally takes up to about 10 business days depending on destination, with PO box orders routed through USPS taking a bit longer than standard doorstep delivery within the contiguous US.
