Frequently Asked Questions
What is Cushion Lab's return window?
Cushion Lab offers a 30 day return window from the date of purchase for items that are still like new, though customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Because the product needs to be in like new condition, testing it briefly rather than using it for weeks helps preserve return eligibility.
Is return shipping free at Cushion Lab?
No, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility rather than being covered by Cushion Lab, which is a detail worth factoring in before ordering a bulkier item like a seat cushion or full pillow.
Do Cushion Lab products come with a warranty?
Yes, every product includes a 1 year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, separate from the 30 day return window. This means a manufacturing issue discovered after the return period can often still be addressed through the warranty.
Does Cushion Lab offer free shipping?
Cushion Lab ships standard orders free within the 48 contiguous United States, without requiring shoppers to hit a specific minimum spend on most orders. Orders shipping outside the contiguous states may be handled differently, so checking at checkout is worthwhile.
Can I stack a Cushion Lab promo code with a sitewide sale?
Cushion Lab's promotions are typically not designed to stack, so a percentage off code and an active storewide sale price usually will not combine into a larger combined discount. Comparing the two options at checkout shows which one actually saves more.
How often does Cushion Lab release new discount codes?
New codes tend to appear around major shopping periods like the Fourth of July and other seasonal sales, when the brand has advertised combined percentage discounts alongside free shipping. Since these promotions rotate with the sales calendar, checking back around a seasonal event is the best time to find a fresh code.
